Remediation has now been completed. All services are stable, database operations are healthy, and no further issues have been observed. We will continue to monitor the environment to ensure ongoing stability.

We have identified and mitigated an increase in requests to our servers originating from BytePlus infrastructure.

Server stability has been restored.

We are implementing additional protective measures to help mitigate and harden our infrastructure against these types of requests.
