DirectAdmin Services: Acronis Backup Issue

We are aware of an issue affecting Acronis backups on DirectAdmin services following a recent Acronis change.
At this time, Acronis backups are still being generated by the server, however restoration and download functionality is temporarily unavailable.
We are currently working with our backup partner to restore normal functionality as soon as possible.
While this issue is being resolved, we strongly recommend that customers using DirectAdmin services keep their own current backup copies of their data using their preferred backup method, or by generating a backup through DirectAdmin's built in backup feature.

Please note that this does not impact the servers performance, and is only related to the Acronis restoration service.
